Voor onze afdeling ELV Observatie & Screening binnen Specialistisch Geriatrisch Behandelcentrum Sonnevanck zijn we op zoek naar een MBO Verpleegkundige . Op deze afdeling werk je met cliënten bij wie nog niet altijd duidelijk is wat er precies aan de hand is. Vaak is er sprake van multiproblematiek , waarbij lichamelijke, cognitieve, psychische en sociale factoren een rol kunnen spelen. Het doel van de opname is om deze problematiek goed te observeren, onderzoeken en in kaart te brengen, zodat duidelijk wordt welke zorg, behandeling en vervolgplek het beste bij de cliënt passen. Vind jij het interessant om verder te kijken dan wat je op het eerste gezicht ziet? Ben je nieuwsgierig naar de verschillende factoren die van invloed zijn op het functioneren van een cliënt en wil je samen met collega's onderzoeken wat iemand nodig heeft? Dan biedt deze afdeling jou als MBO Verpleegkundige een uitdagende en afwisselende werkplek. Als MBO Verpleegkundige ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van het multidisciplinaire behandelteam. Vanuit jouw dagelijkse observaties en verpleegkundige expertise lever je waardevolle input voor de screening, diagnostiek en het behandelplan. Voor een aantal cliënten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt. Wat je werk als MBO Verpleegkundige extra leuk maakt, is dat je ook een belangrijke rol hebt richting je collega's. Je coacht hen bij voorbehouden handelingen en geeft hierover klinische lessen.
