The posting

Energetic NV in Stekene onderhoudt, reviseert en inspecteert stoomturbines, turbocompressoren en tandwielkasten voor de zware industrie, de chemie, de industriële gassen en de energiesector in heel Europa.

In onze werkplaats in Stekene demonteren we deze machines, meten we ze op, herstellen we wat hersteld moet worden en bouwen we ze weer op tot ze draaien zoals het hoort. Als mecanicien sta jij aan de machine, samen met ervaren collega's, engineers en een project manager die het project opvolgt.

Je takenpakket:

- Demontage, inspectie en heropbouw van stoomturbines, compressoren en tandwielkasten.

- Opmeten van spelingen, slingering en axiale en radiale posities, en het nauwkeurig noteren van je meetwaarden.

- Afregelen en passen van lagers, schoepen en dichtingen, vervangen van pakkingen.

- Herstellingen en revisies uitvoeren volgens tekening, meetrapport en werkinstructie.

- Meedenken over verbeteringen in werkwijze en werkplaatsorganisatie.

- Af en toe ondersteuning bij een interventie op een klantsite, in overleg.

Je werkt in dagwerk, in een team van mecaniciens, engineers en project managers. De lijnen zijn kort: wie aan de machine vaststelt dat iets anders moet, wordt gehoord.

Een technische opleiding mechanica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud, montage of revisie. Ervaring met roterende machines is een duidelijke plus.

Je leest technische tekeningen en werkt vlot met micrometer, schuifmaat en meetklok.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook bij het noteren van je meetwaarden.

Veiligheidsbewust, ordelijk en een teamspeler.

Nederlands vlot in woord en geschrift.
