Hydrauvision Mechanical Engineer Fundex Equipment Full-Time Middelburg MBO4/HBO werk- en denkniveau met werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als Mechanical Engineer bij Fundex Equipment ontwerp je funderingsmachines en bijbehorend equipment zoals power packs, opzetstukken voor makelaardelen en klantspecifieke onderdelen. Zo nu en dan voer je aanpassingen uit aan bestaande machines en tevens maak je handleidingen, onderdelenboeken en As-built tekeningen van de producten. Hiervoor heb je overleg met alle betrokkenen om de correcte informatie en veiligheidsmaatregelen in de handleidingen te beschrijven. Waar nodig zoek je de juiste materialen en componenten uit. Goede materiaal- en componenentenkennis komt hier goed van pas. Je voert sterkteberekeningen uit en je zorgt dat alles voldoet ana de gestelde eisen. Het contact met de klanten verloopt via de Lead Engineer en het Sales team. Jij verwerkt de feedback op de ontwerpen. Wanneer het 3D-modelleren is afgerond maak je hiervan een 2D-productietekenening. Vanaf deze tekening wordt de machine in onze fabriek verder opgebouwd. Je komt terecht in een team van ca. negen gedreven engineers. Het 3D-modelleren van de grote funderingsmachines wordt verdeeld en in een team van twee tot drie collega's werk je de tekeningen uit in Solid Edge. De verschillende teams overleggen onderling zodat de ontwerpen op de juiste manier samenkomen. Samenwerking is dus een belangrijke pijler binnen jou job. Je zal een motiverende en open werksfeer beleven met goede werkvoorzieningen.
