Als Engineer W werk je aan klantspecifieke oplossingen voor geluid- en emissiereductie rondom verbrandingsprocessen, van industriële installaties tot machinekamers en datacenters. Geen langdurige ontwerpfases of eindeloze overlegstructuren: hier draait engineering om technisch inzicht, eigenaarschap en snel tot een maakbare oplossing komen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om vanuit jouw ervaring keuzes te maken en ziet jouw ontwerp uiteindelijk daadwerkelijk gebouwd en toegepast worden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je pakt het volledige mechanische ontwerp op en zorgt dat een klantvraag snel wordt vertaald naar een oplossing die in de praktijk werkt. - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van klantspecifieke industriële geluidsdempers, emissiereductiesystemen en geïntegreerde uitlaatoplossingen. - Vertalen van de situatie op locatie naar complete 3D-ontwerpen en produceerbare fabricagetekeningen in SolidWorks en/of Inventor. - Dimensioneren en controleren van staalconstructies en drukdragende componenten volgens relevante normen zoals PED, ASME en EN 1090. - Technisch afstemmen met collega's op het gebied van akoestiek, CFD en projecten, waarbij je rekening houdt met onder andere geluid, emissies, debiet en tegendruk. - Beoordelen van constructies op onder meer thermische belasting, trillingen, transport en hijssituaties, waarbij FEA kan worden ingezet. - Regelmatig afstemmen met de productie en circa één keer per maand op locatie toelichten hoe jouw ontwerpen geproduceerd moeten worden.
