Dit zijn onder andere aspecten waar deze organisatie zich ruimschoots op heeft ontwikkeld. Voor de locatie in Leiden zijn ze op zoek naar een Mechanical Engineer. Ontwikkeling vindt niet alleen plaats op het gebied van de bedrijfsvoering, maar zeker ook op het gebied van ontplooiing van de medewerkers. Er wordt veel geïnvesteerd in scholing en er zijn complete trajecten beschikbaar op het gebied van doorgroeimogelijkheden. TakenJe ondersteunt de begrotingsafdeling gedurende de offerte fase, geeft een inschatting van uren bij aanvang van het project en bewaakt het budget tijdens de uitvoering van de mechanical engineering werkzaamheden; Je bundelt als Mechanical Engineer beschikbare informatie in ontwerpeisen, gebaseerd op van toepassing zijnde klantspecificaties, proces berekeningen, wet- en regelgeving, constructiecodes, budget- en projectplanning, projectinstructies etc; Je maakt en bewaakt de planning (en budget) voor de mechanical engineering werkzaamheden binnen een project, informeert en escaleert zodra wijzigingen mogelijk de tijdige opleveringen in gevaar brengen; Je geeft functioneel aansturing aan de engineers in je projectteam en controleert uitbesteed werk; Je speelt als Mechanical Engineer een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling, bijvoorbeeld de toepassing van 3d scanning technologie en het optimaliseren van plant 3d; VereistenEen afge.
