Dein Beitrag Als Mechanical Engineer für ECD-Prozesskammern übernehmen Sie die technische Verantwortung für bestehende Produkte und unterstützen deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung hinsichtlich Leistung, Zuverlässigkeit, Kosten, Qualität und Fertigbarkeit. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kund:innen, Fertigung, Service, Lieferant:innen und internen Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und bestehende Systeme an neue Anforderungen anzupassen.

Deine Aufgaben * Betreuung und technische Weiterentwicklung bestehender ECD-Prozesskammern und ihrer mechanischen Baugruppen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Designverbesserungen zur Steigerung von Zuverlässigkeit, Verfügbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Produktperformance * Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anpassungen und Sonderlösungen in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden, Vertrieb und Applikationsteams * Analyse von Feldproblemen, Kund:inneneskalationen und Fertigungsabweichungen sowie Durchführung strukturierter Ursachenanalysen (Root Cause Analysis) * Definition, Planung und Durchführung von Validierungs- und Verifikationstests für Designänderungen * Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Service, Qualität, Einkauf und Lieferant:innen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen * Unterstützung bei Kostenreduktionsmaßnahmen, Lieferant:innenqualifizierungen und Obsoleszenzmanagement * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen, Änderungsanträge, FMEAs und Risikobewertungen * Analyse mechanischer, thermischer und fluidischer Fragestellungen innerhalb von nasschemischen Prozesssystemen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Lam-Standards, SEMI-Richtlinien und Konstruktionsvorgaben * Präsentation technischer Lösungen und Ergebnisse in interdisziplinären Design Reviews

Wen wir suchen Mindestqualifikation

* Abgeschlossene HTL, oder Bachelor Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich mechanische Konstruktion, Produktengineering oder Anlagenbau * Erfahrung im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen wie SolidEdge, Siemens NX oder vergleichbaren Konstruktionswerkzeugen * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich technischer Problemlösung und strukturierter Fehleranalyse * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld * Der Position entsprechend gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Qualifikationen

* Erfahrung mit nasschemischen Prozessanlagen, fluidischen Systemen oder chemischen Prozessumgebungen. * Kenntnisse in Electrochemical Deposition (ECD), Wet Processing oder verwandten Halbleiterprozessen. * Erfahrung mit Werkstoffauswahl und chemischer Kompatibilität von Kunststoffen, Metallen, Elastomeren und Beschichtungen in aggressiven Medien. * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Dichtungstechnik, Fluidverteilung und Thermomanagement * Erfahrung mit Änderungsmanagement, Produktpflege und technischen Verbesserungsprojekten. * Kenntnisse von FMEA, Design Reviews und strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden wie 8D oder Ishikawa.

Was wir bieten Diese Position unterliegt dem https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf und ist - abhängig von Ausbildung und Qualifikation - der Beschäftigungsgruppe E zugeordnet. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Erfahrung, Fachkenntnissen und Fähigkeiten möglich. Das Monatsgehalt wird 14-mal pro Jahr ausbezahlt.
