Ben jij een gedreven maintenance engineer met een sterke technische achtergrond en een passie voor industriële installaties, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering? Heb je ervaring in een productie-/ procesomgeving en ben je klaar om ownership te nemen over onderhoudsstrategieën, verbeterprojecten en SHE-gerelateerde optimalisaties? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen, implementeren en continu optimaliseren van het preventieve onderhoudsplan, inclusief het bepalen van prioriteiten en onderhoudsfrequenties in overleg met productie, met als doel maximale machinebeschikbaarheid en minimale stilstand.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en onderhoudsresultaten door middel van root cause analyses en structurele evaluaties, en vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties voor installaties en processen.
  • Initiëren, faciliteren en opvolgen van verbeterprojecten zoals FMEA-studies en technische optimalisaties, gericht op het verhogen van betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en levensduur van installaties.
  • Technisch ondersteunen, opleiden en instrueren van operators, technicians en job preparators, onder andere op vlak van eerstelijnsonderhoud (TPM) en correcte uitvoering van onderhoudstaken.
  • Bewaken en implementeren van SHE-vereisten door deelname aan HAZOPs en risicoanalyses, opstellen van veiligheidsprocedures en opvolgen van keuringen, tests en compliance binnen de installatieomgeving

Technische kennis:

  • Minimaal een bachelor in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Sterke kennis van industriële installaties, met een sterke basis in mechanische systemen, en basiskennis in elektriciteit en instrumentatie.
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsprocessen zoals preventief en correctief onderhoud, en vertrouwd met storingsanalyse en root cause analysis.
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met betrouwbaarheidstechnieken zoals FMEA, TPM en continu verbetermethodes in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met of bereidheid om te werken met SAP of gelijkaardige onderhouds- en asset management systemen voor registratie en opvolging van technische data.
