Heb jij een sterke technische achtergrond in mechanica en ervaring met industrieel onderhoud? Voor onze klant te regio Waasland zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Mecanicien/Mechanisch Onderhoudstechnieker die graag werkt aan machines, productielijnen en industriële installaties.

In deze functie zorg je mee voor de betrouwbaarheid en technische beschikbaarheid van het machinepark. Je voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit, analyseert mechanische storingen en grijpt in wanneer installaties niet naar behoren functioneren. Dankzij jouw technische kennis help je ongeplande stilstanden te beperken en de continuïteit van de productie te ondersteunen. Als Mechanieker/Mecanicien Industrieel Onderhoud krijg je een veelzijdig takenpakket waarin onderhoud, revisie, montage en storingsanalyse centraal staan.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud aan machines, productielijnen en industriële installaties.
  • Demonteren, herstellen, reviseren en opnieuw afstellen van mechanische onderdelen en installaties.
  • Onderhouden en vervangen van onder meer lagers, pompen, motoren, aandrijvingen en transmissies.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische storingen om productiestilstanden zo veel mogelijk te voorkomen.
  • Monteren en demonteren van zowel grote constructies als kleinere, nauwkeurige mechanische onderdelen.
  • Controleren van installaties op slijtage, defecten en mogelijke technische risico’s.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in mechanica
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als mecanicien of mechanisch onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van mechanische installaties en onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Ervaring met industriële machines en technische storingen is belangrijk.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde binnen deze functie.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands, wat essentieel is voor een veilige samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B en hebt geen voorlopig rijbewijs.
