Ben jij een hands-on mechanieker die graag machines draaiende houdt en problemen echt oplost? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant in de regio Boom zoekt een mechanieker onderhoud (onderhoudstechnieker mechanica) voor een stabiele job in industrieel onderhoud en machineonderhoud. Het bedrijf is technisch sterk en zit in een moderne productieomgeving.

Bij onze klant draait alles om betrouwbare machines, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je werkt met een goed uitgebouwde technische dienst en een divers machinepark. Jij zorgt dat de productie vlot blijft lopen. Zo draag je elke dag zichtbaar bij aan het resultaat van het bedrijf.

Je krijgt de ruimte om verder te groeien. Je leert bij via praktijkervaring en met de steun van ervaren collega's. Heb je al 3 jaar ervaring als mechanieker? Dan ben je medior of senior en ben je meer dan welkom. Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk loon, een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart en veel extralegale voordelen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines en productielijnen.
  • Je herstelt mechanische defecten, met oplossingen die ook op lange termijn werken.
  • Je demonteert, monteert en stelt machineonderdelen nauwkeurig af.
  • Je zoekt de oorzaak van storingen en lost ze op.
  • Je werkt volgens de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je reviseert belangrijke onderdelen zoals lagers, pompen, motoren en aandrijfsystemen.
  • Je vervangt, lijnt uit en optimaliseert wisselstukken en aandrijvingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten en machine-optimalisaties.
  • Je helpt bij aanpassingen, ombouw en upgrades van bestaande installaties.
  • Je hebt een opleiding mechanica of elektromechanica. Een bachelor is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als mechanieker.
  • Je kent mechanische installaties en onderhoudstechnieken goed.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands, want dat is belangrijk voor de veiligheid en de communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B (geen voorlopig rijbewijs).
  • Je werkt professioneel en gedreven, met oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
