📍 Locatie: Alblasserdam 💰 Salaris: € 4.300,- tot € 5.900,- per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag 📄 Dienstverband: Detachering 🕒 Ploegendienst: 3-ploegen FunctieomschrijvingAls Mechanisch Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van een geavanceerde productielijn bestaande uit verschillende zware installaties die nauw samenwerken. Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, verhelpt storingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van het machinepark verder te verhogen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van preventief, correctief en predictief onderhoud - Lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische storingen - Veiligstellen van installaties voorafgaand aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Analyseren van storingen en aandragen van structurele verbeteringen - Optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen en technische installaties - Bewaken van de conditie van productiemiddelen via monitoring en data-analyse - Maximaliseren van de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften

Functie eisenVoor deze functie zoeken wij een technische professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Wij vragen: - Ervaring als mechanisch monteur binnen een industriële omgeving - Kennis van hydrauliek, pneumatiek en besturingstechniek - Ervaring met onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden aan productiemachines - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling - Teamspirit gecombineerd met een zelfstandige werkhouding - Aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakmans
