Als Mechanisch Monteur voer je on-site mechanische interventies, vervangingen en montages uit aan uiteenlopende industriële installaties. Je bouwt technische expertise op, werkt zelfstandig en denkt mee over oplossingen.

Jouw werklocatie: bij klanten on-site – regio Antwerpen, Gent en Brussel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • monteren en demonteren van flensverbindingen op leidingen, afsluiters, pompen, warmtewisselaars en andere procesapparatuur
  • uitbouwen en inbouwen van productiegerelateerde onderdelen zoals pompen, kleppen, equipment en andere constructies
  • selecteren en plaatsen van geschikte dichtingen volgens specificaties
  • toepassen van de juiste aanhaalmethoden en aanhaalmomenten volgens geldende procedures
  • uitlijnen van flenzen om spanningen op leidingsystemen te voorkomen
  • controleren van bouten, moeren, pakkingen en andere bevestigingsmaterialen op kwaliteit en conformiteit
  • werkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens technische tekeningen, isometrieën en werkinstructies
  • diverse steun- en staalstructuren plaatsen
  • assisteren bij druktesten en lekdichtheidscontroles
  • diverse afbraakwerken

  • certificaat aanslaan van kritieke lasten IS-006, of bereid dit te behalen
  • certificaat voor werken met onafhankelijke ademlucht IS-081, of bereid dit te behalen

  • kennis van flensverbindingen, dichtingen en boutverbindingen
  • kennis van kleppen, appendages en instrumenten
  • sterke interesse in mechanische werken
