Sleutelen aan een van de grootste sorteerinstallaties van de Benelux? 70 ton bouw- en sloopafval per uur. 22 verschillende materiaalstromen. Transportbanden, hydrauliek, lagers, staalconstructies en geavanceerde sorteertechniek. Op onze recycleplant in Son komt behoorlijk wat techniek samen. Als Mechanisch Monteur zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat deze installatie blijft draaien. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt aan uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken en hebt hier aan mechanisch werk geen gebrek. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt samen met drie monteurs en zes operators. Binnen het technische team heeft iedereen zijn eigen kennis en specialisme. Van dagelijks onderhoud tot een complexe storing: samen zorgen jullie dat de installatie betrouwbaar blijft draaien. Onderhouden: je voert regulier en preventief onderhoud uit, controleert op slijtage en vervangt onder andere lagers, loopwielen en onderdelen van transportbanden Repareren: je repareert en reviseert mechanische onderdelen en constructies. Denk aan laswerk met toevoegmateriaal, plasmasnijden en het herstellen of aanpassen van staalconstructies, bevestigingen en machineonderdelen Storingen oplossen: je spoort mechanische storingen op en lost deze zelfstandig of samen met collega's op, bijvoorbeeld aan transportbanden, lageringen en hydraulische systemen Specialistisch werk: bij complexere storingen duik je verder de techniek in. Je analyseert het probleem, denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en schakelt waar nodig met externe specialisten Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat de installatie technisch in topconditie blijft. Techniek van formaat Door de grootte van onze recycleplant is je werk behoorlijk afwisselend. Je werkt binnen én buiten en krijgt te maken met grote machines, staalconstructies, transportbanden, hydrauliek en moderne sorteertechnieken.
