Je komt te werken binnen een moderne en groeiende productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en techniek hand in hand gaan. Je start in dagdienst, maar afhankelijk van de productievolumes is er op termijn een mogelijkheid om door te schuiven naar een 2-ploegendienst. Dit wordt uiteraard tijdig en in goed overleg afgestemd. Naast een prettige werkomgeving kun je rekenen op uitstekende voorwaarden: een salaris tot €3.800,- bruto per maand (exclusief ploegentoeslag), 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en een dertiende maand. Functieomschrijving Als Mechanisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten draaien van een geavanceerde productielijn. Jij houdt het overzicht, stelt machines in, grijpt in bij storingen en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit. Je werkzaamheden als Mechanisch Operator bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van de productielijnen - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van productiegegevens - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en reinigen van de machines - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces Aanbod - Salaris tot €3.800,- bruto per maand (exclusief ploegentoeslag) - Dertiende maand - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen - 8% vakantiegeld - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer - Werken in een moderne en schone werkomgeving - Goede inwerkperiode met begeleiding - Kans op een vaste aanstelling bij goed functioneren Voorwaarden Voor de functie van Mechanisch Operator zoeken wij iemand met technisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding.
