Functieomschrijving Bij Prysmian ben je niet zomaar een operator; je bent de bewaker van de verbindingen die de wereld draaiende houden. Van diepzeekabels tot glasvezelnetwerken: jij zorgt dat het proces nooit stokt. Zoek jij een rol waarin technische precisie en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen? Wat ga je concreet doen? - In de fabriek ben jij de spil van de productielijn. Jouw dag is een mix van vakmanschap, techniek en scherpe kwaliteitscontroles. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van onze complexe productielijnen. Of het nu gaat om het aansturen van extruders of hoogwaardige vlechtmachines; jij hebt de controle. - Je voert cruciale handelingen uit die de kabel zijn kracht en geleiding geven, zoals het spoelen, wikkelen en omhullen met diverse isolatiematerialen en mantels. - Merk je een afwijking? Jij spoelt niet alleen de storing op, maar begrijpt de mechanica erachter en verhelpt het probleem direct om stilstand te minimaliseren. - Met precisieapparatuur bewaak je continu de diameter, wanddikte en isolatiewaarde van de kabels. Je volgt strikte procedures, want bij Prysmian is 'goed' alleen goed genoeg als het aan de hoogste veiligheidseisen voldoet. - Je houdt productiegegevens nauwkeurig bij in onze systemen, zodat we precies weten welk traject elke kilometer kabel heeft afgelegd.
