Als Mechanisch Operator in dag- en later twee ploegendienst bij deze scale-up ben jij de pionier die nieuwe processen vormgeeft en meebouwt aan technologie van morgen. Wat ga je doen? Binnen dit bedrijf zal je als mechanisch operator dagdienst een centrale rol vervullen in het gebruik van de gloednieuwe verpakkingsmachine. Je dag begint met het instellen van de machine volgens de specificaties van het product en het controleren van alle sensoren, aandrijvingen en onderdelen om een soepele start te garanderen. Zodra de productie draait, houd je het proces nauwlettend in de gaten, signaleer je eventuele afwijkingen of productiefouten en grijpt direct in om de kwaliteit van de verpakkingen te waarborgen. Gedurende de dag voer je preventief onderhoud uit, zoals schoonmaken, smeren en kalibreren van de machine, en los je kleine storingen zelfstandig op of meldt grotere issues aan engineering. Daarnaast houd je nauwkeurig bij hoeveel eenheden er verpakt zijn, welke storingen zich hebben voorgedaan en hoe het proces verloopt, zodat verbeteringen en optimalisaties kunnen worden doorgevoerd. Omdat dit een nieuwe machine betreft in een scale-upomgeving, zal je ook actief meedenken over hoe werkprocessen efficiënter kunnen en bijdragen aan het finetunen van de machineparameters, waardoor je zowel technicus als kwaliteitsbewaker in één bent. Het doel is dat er op korte termijn machines bijkomen en daarmee ook meerdere operators die jij kan gaan aansturen.
