Ben jij technisch sterk, georganiseerd en krijg je energie van het voorbereiden van uitdagende industriële projecten? Heb je een achtergrond in (elektro)mechanica en wil je meewerken aan tankbouw- en tankonderhoudsprojecten voor gerenommeerde klanten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Wie zoeken we?

Een mechanisch werkvoorbereider om ons team in Zeeland (Terneuzen/Vlissingen) te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen tankbouw en tankonderhoud, waaronder onderhouds- en herstelwerken, laswerken, mechanische werkzaamheden en renovatieprojecten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van projecten van aanvraag tot uitvoering en werkt daarbij nauw samen met projectleiding, uitvoering en klanten.

Jouw taken:

  • Analyseren van technische dossiers, aanvragen en lastenboeken.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden zodat projecten veilig en volgens planning kunnen opstarten.
  • Opmaken van werkpakketten, planningen en technische documentatie.
  • Inplannen van materiaal, materieel en eventuele onderaannemers.
  • Verzorgen van de nodige vergunningen en projectdocumentatie.
  • Ondersteunen van werfleiding en projectmanagement tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar de uitvoerende teams.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en technische verbeteringen.
  • Waken over een kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken en het naleven van geldende procedures en normen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur in Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Interesse in industriële projecten, tankbouw en tankonderhoud.
  • Voeling voor veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures. Veiligheid staat voor jou op #1 en je neemt altijd de nodige voorzorgsmaatregelen.
  • Goede time management skills: jij maakt en beheert je eigen planning en gaat proactief en zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Werken in teamverband gaat je ook goed af. Je communiceert op een duidelijke en vlotte manier met werknemers en externen.
