Für unseren Kunden in Zipf suchen wir eine_n qualifizierte_n Facharbeiter_in für die Montage, Messung und Fehleranalyse moderner Ultraschallsysteme. Deine Aufgaben:

* Fachgerechte Assemblierung von hochsensiblen Ultraschallgeräten sowie Ultraschallsonden.

* Eigenständiges Einrichten von Messplätzen, Durchführen von Datentests und sorgfältige Ausführung von Testmaßnahmen.

* Überprüfung von Produkten und Systemkomponenten auf exakte Funktionsfähigkeit und Übereinstimmung mit den geforderten Spezifikationen.

* Systematische Fehleranalyse, Durchführung diagnostischer Messungen und Behebung von Abweichungen am Gesamtsystem.

* Lückenlose Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Tests, Korrekturen und Reparaturen.

* Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenabteilungen für einen optimalen Material- und Informationsfluss sowie Beitrag zur stetigen Produktverbesserung.

* Erstellung und Durchführung erforderlicher Trainingspläne sowie die konsequente Einhaltung aller EHS-Richtlinien (Umwelt, Gesundheit und Arbeitssicherheit).

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung als Elektriker_in, Elektroniker_in, Mechatroniker_in, Feinmechaniker_in oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der systematischen Fehlersuche und Reparatur von elektronischen Bauteilen und Gesamtsystemen.

* Fähigkeit, aus Testdaten und Fehlermeldungen Ursachen zu erkennen und Korrekturmaßnahmen einzuleiten.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse.

* Versierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Dokumentation und Kommunikation im Team.

* Volle Schichtbereitschaft zur Unterstützung des Produktionsteams.
