Als fulltime medewerker aanvragen bij Stedin in Rotterdam zorg jij voor een soepele afhandelingen van capaciteitsverzoeken die via verschillende gemeente of projectontwikkelaars binnenkomen. Je beoordeelt of deze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Wanneer gemeentes of projectontwikkelaars een capaciteitsaanvraag indienen bij Stedin komt deze bij jouw team terecht. Samen met een team van 12 collega's worden deze aanvragen verdeelt en opgepakt. Je gaat per aanvraag nakijken of deze voldoen aan de gestelde criterium en haalt intern binnen Stedin de aanvullende informatie op over bijvoorbeeld de tekeningen van huidige aansluitingen. Met al deze gegevens ga jij vervolgens aan de slag om de aanvraag formulieren secuur in te vullen. Vanwege een tijdelijke opschaling van het team gaat het om een tijdelijke functie van 3 tot 4 maanden. Wat wij bieden - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; - Een goed bruto salaris van €3354,53 tot €4645,31 per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantdossiers; - Een professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen en een betrokken team. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau; - Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte of administratieve rol; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift.
