Tilburg, Apeldoorn of Leeuwarden Acceptant Acceptatie & advies Detachering €2600 - €3300 (34 uur) Als medewerker acceptatie & polisbeheer bij Achmea ben je klantcontactmedewerker en acceptant in één. Je beantwoordt vragen, beoordeelt verzekeringsaanvragen en zorgt voor een volledig administratief dossier. Binnen deze functie staat het klantbelang altijd centraal. De opleidingsklas start op 1 november 2026 . Een mooie kans om jouw loopbaan binnen de particuliere verzekeringswereld verder te ontwikkelen. Medewerker acceptatie & polisbeheer bij Achmea i n de detachering bij Rochewood In deze functie help je klanten van Achmea met vragen over hun particuliere schadeverzekeringen. Je voert telefonische klantgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat ieder gesprek waarde toevoegt. Je luistert goed, vraagt door en gaat ook een moeilijk gesprek niet uit de weg. Vervolgens verwerk je alle informatie zorgvuldig in de systemen van Achmea en bouw je een volledig administratief dossier op. Je bent niet alleen de schakel tussen de klant en de verzekering, maar ook de poortwachter van Achmea. Iedere dag beoordeel je op basis van beschikbare informatie en data of je de klant een passende verzekeringsoplossing kunt aanbieden. Daarbij houd je rekening met het klantbelang, interne richtlijnen en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je reageert actief op klantsignalen en onderneemt actie wanneer je afwijkingen signaleert. Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Je communiceert duidelijk en begrijpelijk en weet in ieder gesprek de juiste toon te raken. Je hebt een positieve, proactieve en flexibele houding en werkt vanuit de gedachte 'in één keer goed'. Daarnaast wil je jezelf en het team continu verbeteren op het gebied van klantwaarde, medewerkerswaarde en financiële waarde.
