De ene chauffeur komt binnenrijden, de volgende staat alweer klaar en ondertussen gaat de telefoon. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles goed verloopt. Jullie verwerken de wegingen en orders, helpen chauffeurs en klanten met hun vragen en stemmen waar nodig af met de planning. Je werkt vanuit de weegbrug op onze locatie in Son. Een plek waar administratie, logistiek en klantcontact samenkomen. Het kan er lekker doorlopen, dus goed samenwerken en overzicht houden is belangrijk. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de administratie klopt en chauffeurs snel weer verder kunnen. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie combineer je administratief werk met veel contact met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat gegevens goed in onze systemen staan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Registreren en controleren van de in- en uitstroom van grondstoffen. Beheren van inkomend telefoonverkeer en klantvragen professioneel en vriendelijk beantwoorden. Controleren, invoeren en terugmelden van uitgevoerde orders. Afstemmen van informatie met de binnendienst en planning. Zorgdragen voor een soepele en nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling binnen de vestiging. Wat breng jij mee? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag administratief bezig is, makkelijk contact maakt met verschillende mensen en prettig samenwerkt met collega's. Ook als het drukker wordt, weet jij het overzicht te bewaren. Daarnaast: Heb je minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau. Communiceer je uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels. Ben je proactief, klantgericht en denk je graag in oplossingen. Ben je minimaal 36 uur per week beschikbaar. Kom je ons team versterken?
