Medewerker Afsprakencentrum - Ursem Barten (Alkmaar) Heb jij ervaring in de klantenservice, administratie of een callcenterfunctie en heb je affiniteit met auto's? Dan ben jij de perfecte kandidaat voor deze functie! Bij Ursem Barten, een toonaangevende Autogroep met 13 showrooms in Noord-Holland, zoeken we een klantgerichte collega voor ons Afsprakencentrum in Alkmaar. Als Medewerker Afsprakencentrum ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die ons zowel digitaal als telefonisch weten te vinden. Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning van (werkplaats)afspraken en een service waar klanten blij van worden. Dus heb jij ervaring met klantcontact, werk je nauwkeurig en ben je handig met systemen? Dan pas je perfect in ons team! Dit ga je doen - Je staat klanten vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht te woord (telefonisch en digitaal); - Je plant afspraken in en stelt offertes op; - Je ondersteunt onze recepties en showrooms op afstand; - Je handelt aanvragen snel en zorgvuldig af via de computer en telefoon; - Je denkt mee, werkt gestructureerd en hebt plezier in klantcontact. Dit ben jij - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, zoals: administratief medewerker, klantenservice- of callcentermedewerker (inbound/outbound); - Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft rustig bij drukte en kunt goed schakelen; - Je bent digitaal vaardig en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met meerdere systemen en applicaties; - Je communiceert helder en hebt een klantgerichte houding; - Affiniteit met de autobranche is een pré.
