Medewerker Klantcontact & Orderverwerking Amsterdam-Noord | 38 uur per week

Jij regelt het. Zodat onze klanten door kunnen. Een aannemer heeft materiaal nodig voor morgen. Een klant wil weten waar zijn bestelling blijft. Een collega vraagt je om een order aan te passen. Jij houdt overzicht, zoekt uit wat nodig is en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Krijg jij energie van klanten helpen, schakelen en dingen goed regelen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat aanvragen en bestellingen soepel verlopen. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en schakelt met collega's die zich bezighouden met inkoop, verkoop en verhuur.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Klanten telefonisch en per e-mail helpen met hun vragen.

- Bestellingen verwerken en controleren of alle gegevens kloppen.

- Beschikbaarheid en levering afstemmen met collega's.

- Klanten op de hoogte houden van de status van hun bestelling.

- Vragen, wijzigingen en bijzonderheden snel en zorgvuldig oppakken.

- Meedenken over manieren om onze processen slimmer en makkelijker te maken.

Je hoeft ons assortiment niet meteen te kennen. Dat leer je gaandeweg. Vragen stellen, afspraken nakomen en zorgen dat zaken goed worden afgehandeld: daar begint het mee.
