Op onze Beef-locatie in Enschede komt veel informatie samen rondom verkoop, administratie en de dagelijkse operatie. Als Medewerker Backoffice Verkoop zorg jij dat documenten, gegevens en processen kloppen. Daardoor kunnen collega's snel verder, blijven afspraken helder en is informatie betrouwbaar en goed terug te vinden. Je werkt dicht op de verkoopafdeling en schakelt met verschillende collega's binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt het vertrouwen om zelfstandig overzicht te houden, verbeteringen te signaleren en zaken goed te organiseren. Juist doordat jij nauwkeurig werkt, heeft jouw bijdrage direct effect op de samenwerking en op een goed lopende voedselketen. Met vertrouwen samen impact maken. Dat is werken bij Vion. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt dat de administratieve basis van de verkoopafdeling staat. Je bewaakt documentatie, houdt gegevens actueel en ziet waar processen slimmer of duidelijker kunnen. Je start je dag bijvoorbeeld met het controleren van documenten en openstaande acties. Daarna schakel je met collega's van verkoop en andere afdelingen, verwerk je wijzigingen en zorg je dat iedereen met de juiste informatie kan werken. - Beheren, controleren en verwerken van documentatie en administratieve gegevens. - Zorgen voor een logische opslag, classificatie en goede vindbaarheid van documenten. - Coördineren en verwerken van documentwijzigingen en revisies. - Onderhouden en zorgvuldig gebruiken van documentmanagementsystemen. - Opstellen en verwerken van administratieve rapportages en overzichten. - Ondersteunen van de verkoopafdeling bij uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaamheden. - Bewaken dat informatie actueel, volledig en correct beschikbaar is. - Signaleren van knelpunten en zelf voorstellen doen om processen en werkwijzen te verbeteren. ...
