Dan maken we graag kennis met je!Jouw rolAls Medewerker Bediening zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen en volop genieten van hun bezoek. Je neemt bestellingen op, serveert gerechten en dranken en vertelt enthousiast over onze gerechten en producten. Ook help je gasten bij het maken van hun keuze.Je zorgt ervoor dat de tafels en de zaal er verzorgd uitzien en hebt oog voor wat er bij de gasten gebeurt. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's in de bediening, de keuken en het wijnteam. Zo zorgen jullie samen voor een prettige sfeer en een service die past bij De Wielewaal.Je hoeft niet alles al te weten. We vinden het belangrijk dat je gastvrij bent, graag samenwerkt en het leuk vindt om meer te leren over gastronomie, wijn en goede service.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • De zaal voorbereiden en zorgen voor een verzorgde uitstraling. • Gasten vriendelijk ontvangen en bestellingen opnemen. • Gerechten en dranken serveren en uitleg geven over het menu. • Gasten helpen bij het kiezen van gerechten en dranken. • Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een soepel verloop van de service. • De tafels en de zaal netjes houden. • Je kennis van gastronomie, wijn en gastvrijheid verder ontwikkelen.
