Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven Orderbeheerder die zich gaat bezighouden met de monitoring van de voortgang in ons warehouse, het vrijgeven van pickacties en het coördineren van replenishment. In deze dynamische functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om onze logistieke processen te optimaliseren en te professionaliseren. De komende periode zal in het teken staan van verandering en professionalisering binnen de afdeling. Doel hierachter is om met de afdeling toe te werken van een uitvoerende naar een meer aansturende rol binnen de logistieke organisatie van Boon Food Group. Ons DC werkt in ploegen van 5.00u tot 22.00u, ook de afdeling orderbeheer is beschikbaar in dit tijdvak en werken met wisselende diensten. Wat ga je doen? Monitoring van de voortgang in het warehouse: Jij zorgt ervoor dat de processen in het warehouse soepel verlopen en houdt de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten. Vrijgeven van pickacties: Jij bepaalt wanneer en hoe pickacties vrijgegeven moeten worden, zodat bestellingen tijdig en accuraat verwerkt worden. Coördineren van replenishment: Je houdt de voorraadniveaus in de gaten en zorgt voor tijdige replenishment van goederen zodat we altijd voldoende voorraad hebben om bestellingen te kunnen verwerken. Veranderingen doorvoeren: Je werkt actief mee aan de nodige aanpassingen en veranderingen binnen de afdeling om processen te verbeteren en de afdeling verder te professionaliseren.
