Medewerker bedrijfsvoering Spril groeit hard, en achter al dat moois moet de motor gewoon kloppen. Facturen die op tijd de deur uit gaan, contracten die op tijd worden verlengd, dossiers waar niets in ontbreekt. Wij zoeken iemand die daar rustig van wordt in plaats van zenuwachtig; iemand die het gewoon regelt en het fijn vindt als alles klopt. Ben jij de Financieel medewerker die wij zoeken? 24-32 uur MBO+ Almere Wat ga je doen? Jij wordt de administratieve motor van Spril. Je neemt werk over van onze accountmanagers zodat zij zich op klanten kunnen richten, en je werkt nauw samen met onze officemanager. Alles wat je doet landt in AFAS, zodat het klopt én aantoonbaar is. Je houdt je bezig met: • De facturatie: voorbereiden, controleren en verwerken in AFAS. We werken toe naar een wekelijks ritme, jij bouwt daaraan mee • Debiteurenbeheer: openstaande posten bewaken en opvolgen • Ons contractregister: alle klant en leverancierscontracten registreren en einddata, verlengingen en indexaties op tijd signaleren • Personeelsdossiers compleet houden en on en offboarding administratief regelen, zoals spullen, licenties en auto's • Wagenpark en middelenbeheer • Bewijsstukken voor onze certificeringen, zoals WTTA, NEN en SNA, op orde houden • Samen met onze officemanager zorgen dat het kantoor gewoon lékker loopt Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat alles klopt, op tijd en aantoonbaar. Wat bieden wij? Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol in een klein team waar je werk er echt toe doet, zonder jou geen facturen de deur uit. Daarnaast bieden we: • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.058,44 en €3.456,03 op basis van fulltime, afhankelijk van ervaring • Een werkweek tussen de 24 en 32 uur, in overleg met jou • Een flexibel budget van €175 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime • Een telefoonkostenvergoeding van €25 netto per maand • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,32 per kilometer • Een grote bijdrage aan je pensioen • Vitaliteitsbudget van €35...
