MBO Onbepaalde tijd OPE-145666 Yes Medewerker Beheer & Uitvoering Asset Wegen Jouw rol Als Medewerker Beheer & Uitvoering Asset Wegen ben je samen met collega's verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud én de uitvoering van werkzaamheden aan de Rotterdamse buitenruimte. Jij brengt specialistische kennis van wegen mee en gebruikt die om de kwaliteit, veiligheid en functionaliteit van de buitenruimte op peil te houden. Je werkt vanuit een gebiedsteam waarin verschillende vakgebieden en specialismen samenkomen, zoals groen, water en wegen. Vanuit jouw expertise adviseer je over het beheer en onderhoud van wegen, bereid je werkzaamheden voor en ben je opdrachtgever voor de uitvoering. Je zorgt dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, uitgezet en uitgevoerd en houdt daarbij zicht op kwaliteit, planning en resultaat. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je eigen dossiers, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op. Je hebt contact met onder andere bewoners, wijkorganisaties, opdrachtgevers, uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders. Je stemt werkzaamheden af, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat de uitvoering aansluit bij wat technisch nodig is én wat de omgeving vraagt. Je belangrijkste taken: - Je adviseert over het beheer en onderhoud van de buitenruimte; - Je stelt ramingen op en zet inventarisaties en onderzoeken uit en begeleidt deze bij de planvorming; - Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding van onderhoudswerken, waaronder schouwen en het opstellen van onderhoudsprogramma's; - Je bent aanspreekpunt en coördinator voor onderdelen van (meer)jarenprogramma's voor het onderhoud van de buitenruimte. Je stemt activiteiten af met onder andere collega's, bewoners, uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders; - Je verzorgt de oplevering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, draagt zorg voor de juiste ge...
