Als Medewerker Mengen & Bereiding in dagdienst ga je aan de slag met het afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen voor hoogwaardige producten. Werk mee in een veilige en nette omgeving waar kwaliteit voorop staat! Als Medewerker Mengen & Bereiding draag je bij aan het maken van producten voor zowel interne als externe klanten. Je weegt grondstoffen nauwkeurig af, mengt volgens recept en zorgt dat het productieproces soepel en volgens planning verloopt. Werken doe je volgens vaste procedures, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Samen met collega's zorg je voor een schone, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Dit zijn jouw taken: - Afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen volgens vaste recepturen - Produceren van batches en proefrecepten volgens vaste werkwijzen - Instellen van de productielijn en verpakken en labelen van eindproducten - Bijhouden van productieadministratie en klaarmaken van bestellingen voor transport - Werken volgens het 4-ogenprincipe, bewaken van voedselveiligheid en oplossen van kleine storingen Werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:30 tot 16:00 uur, waardoor je in het weekend vrij bent. Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale producent van gist en bakkerij-ingrediënten. De producten worden geleverd aan klanten in meer dan 100 landen. Het bedrijf groeit en speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. De organisatie vindt het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich gewaardeerd voelen.
