Als Medewerker Beveiliging bij de Pompestichting in Nijmegen draag je dagelijks bij aan veiligheid, rust en orde binnen een forensische zorgomgeving. Je werkt niet in een standaard beveiligingsfunctie, maar in een dynamische tbs-instelling waar zorg en veiligheid nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Jouw rol als zorgbeveiliger In deze functie ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, patiënten en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat de toegang tot de kliniek veilig verloopt, houdt toezicht op activiteiten en signaleert mogelijke risico's. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en vragen om alertheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een stevige persoonlijkheid. Je voert onder andere toegangscontroles uit, houdt cameratoezicht, ondersteunt bij kamer- en urinecontroles en begeleidt interne en externe verplaatsingen. Ook heb je contact met hulpdiensten zoals politie, brandweer en ambulance wanneer dat nodig is. Omdat je werkt met speciale doelgroepen, is het belangrijk dat je niet alleen duidelijk en besluitvaardig bent, maar ook begrip en inlevingsvermogen hebt. Werken bij de Pompestichting Je komt terecht in het team Beveiliging van de Pompestichting. Dit team bestaat uit ruim 50 collega's die samen zorgen voor een veilige en professionele omgeving.
