Krijg jij energie van het vinden van een passende oplossing? Zet jouw juridische kennis in bij gemeente Voorne aan Zee. Wat ga je doen? Achter ieder bezwaar zit een verhaal. Als medewerker bezwaar en beroep onderzoek je dat verhaal en kijk je wat juridisch mogelijk is. Je behandelt bezwaar- en beroepszaken binnen het maatschappelijk domein van begin tot eind. Zo draag jij bij aan zorgvuldige besluiten en betrouwbare dienstverlening. Je duikt in dossiers, weegt belangen af en kiest de aanpak die bij de situatie past. Soms is een formele procedure nodig. Soms biedt een informeel gesprek ruimte voor een oplossing. Samen met kwaliteitsadviseurs en collega's uit de uitvoering zoek je uit wat de beste vervolgstap is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je stelt verweerschriften op, bereidt zittingen voor en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in beroepsprocedures. - Je verzamelt en beheert dossierinformatie en bewaakt of deze compleet is. - Je signaleert en analyseert ontwikkelingen, trends en knelpunten binnen bezwaar- en beroepszaken. - Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke richtlijnen en werkafspraken. - Je adviseert over juridische en beleidsmatige vragen bij complexe dossiers. - Je onderzoekt vragen uit de uitvoering en doet voorstellen om processen en werkwijzen te verbeteren. Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je start op 26 oktober 2026. De opdracht loopt tot en met 31 december 2026, met kans op verlenging. Wie ben jij? Jij bijt je graag vast in een juridisch vraagstuk.
