Jouw rol: de spil in het verzuimproces Als Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team in Arnhem. Je ondersteunt klanten, cliënten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat het verzuimproces zorgvuldig en efficiënt verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het aannemen en verwerken van verzuimmeldingen; - het plannen van afspraken voor bedrijfsartsen en andere professionals; - het onderhouden van telefonisch contact met klanten, cliënten en collega's; - het beheren en aanvullen van dossiers; - het verwerken van e-mails en administratieve werkzaamheden; - het inrichten van nieuwe klantcontracten; - het registreren, opvolgen en terugkoppelen van klachten. Je signaleert kansen om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten en pakt zaken op die niet vanzelf door systemen worden opgelost.
