Medewerker bloedafname Nijmegen Medisch & bloedinzameling Nijmegen 16-24 uur Reageer binnen 21 dagen Sanquin is een not-for-profit-organisatie die in Nederland verantwoordelijk is voor de levering van bloed en bloedproducten. Jaarlijks doneren ruim 400.000 mensen hun bloed of plasma op meer dan 100 locaties. Bij de bloedbank draait het om één missie: veilige en betrouwbare bloedproducten leveren aan ziekenhuizen, met respect voor de donor. Wat ga je doen Als specialist bloedinzameling zorg je samen met je team dat het bloedafnameproces soepel, veilig en professioneel verloopt. Je werkt mee aan alle stappen van het ontvangen van donors tot het afnemen van bloed en plasma en houdt goed zicht op hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. Je taken zijn veelzijdig: - Ontvangen, registreren en keuren van (aspirant-)donors; - Afnemen van bloed en plasma (venapuncties); - Medische nazorg verlenen; - (Vervolg)afspraken plannen; - Administratieve handelingen uitvoeren; - Apparatuur controleren. Je werkt in een team met meerdere collega's en samen zorg je dat alles volgens vastgestelde procedures en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je krijgt hiervoor een interne opleiding bij Sanquin. Wat breng je mee - MBO-diploma niveau 3 of 4 (zorgachtergrond is een pré); - Ervaring met bloedafname of venapuncties is een pluspunt; - Inzetbaar voor 16-24 uur per week flexibel volgens rooster (tussen 08.00 en 21.00 uur); - 2 tot 3 avonden per week beschikbaar zijn voor werk; - Om de week werk je zaterdagochtend van 8 .0000 tot 13.00 uur. - Bereid om te werken op onze mobiele locaties in Wijchen, Druten, Beugen en Tiel; - Rijbewijs en eigen vervoer; - Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en verantwoordelijk; - Je werkt goed in teamverband maar kunt ook zelfstandig schakelen; - Technisch inzicht in apparatuur en materialen; - Basisvaardigheden in Word, Excel, Outlook en Teams; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - Flexibiliteit wordt erg gewaardeerd waardoor je...
