Medewerker Bodemdesk II Delft Over de functie ste. SRQ165089 Je werkt aan bodemvooronderzoeken die essentieel zijn voor een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden in de ondergrond. Binnen een groeiend team zorg je ervoor dat projecten tijdig en zorgvuldig worden voorbereid, beoordeeld en opgevolgd. Je schakelt met interne en externe partijen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat rapportages en administratie op orde zijn. Daarbij draag je ook actief bij aan het slimmer en efficiënter inrichten van processen binnen de afdeling. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke kennis van bodem en milieu met projectmatig werken, analyse en communicatie. Je hebt meerdere projecten tegelijk onder je hoede en bepaalt daarin zelf de juiste prioriteiten. Je werkt deels vanuit huis en deels op kantoor. Wat ga je doen - Je voert vooronderzoek uit om de bodemkwaliteit in beeld te brengen voor werkzaamheden in de ondergrond. - Je verzamelt en analyseert relevante gegevens over te onderzoeken gebieden. - Je verwerkt onderzoeksgegevens in rapportages en houdt daarbij rekening met geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Je zet aanvragen voor verkennend onderzoek of milieuprocedures uit bij leveranciers wanneer dat nodig is. - Je bewaakt financiën, doorlooptijd en voortgang van je projecten. - Je coördineert het adviesproces en stemt af met interne en externe belanghebbenden. - Je beantwoordt vragen van betrokken partijen en informeert hen proactief over de status. - Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling. - Je zorgt voor een goed georganiseerde administratie, zodat informatie vindbaar en bruikbaar is voor collega's en andere betrokkenen.
