Boekhoudkundig Bediende - Regio Dilsen-Stokkem - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij een gedreven boekhoudkundig bediende die zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte dagelijkse werking binnen een organisatie? Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw vaardigheden in te zetten binnen een stabiele KMO en bij te dragen aan de groei van ons team.

Voldoe je aan de volgende vragen?

  • Heb je ervaring met boekhoudkundige en financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden?
  • Ben je vlot in het werken met MS Office, vooral Excel?
  • Heb je kennis van boekhoudsoftware en administratieve procedures?

Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Verwerken van binnenkomende facturen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen, en afhandelen van bankboekingen.
  • Integratie van loonverwerkingen in de boekhouding en opvolging van alle loonadministratieve aangelegenheden in overleg met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Bijhouden van balans- en grootboekrekeningen en meewerken aan de periodieke maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen en indienen van fiscale rapporteringen en sectorale aangiftes, zoals intracommunautaire en producentenrapportages.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR-vragen rond loon en sociale regelgeving, beheer je de personeelsdossiers en HR-administratie.
  • Algemeen administratief beheer, waaronder correspondentie, archivering, en afhandelen van vragen over facturatie en betalingen.
  • Meedenken en voorstellen doen voor efficiëntere financiële en administratieve processen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het management en gebruikmaken van de expertise vanuit de financiële holding.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, heb je een diploma in boekhouding, bedrijfsadministratie of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond. Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een boekhoudkundige of financieel-administratieve rol.

  • Goede kennis van boekhoud- en administratieve procedures.
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding en vlotte omgang met MS Office, vooral Excel.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware is een vereiste; kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt, zeker aangezien we momenteel een migratie naar een modernere Business Central-omgeving doorvoeren.
