In Vlaardingen willen we voorkomen dat mensen tussen wal en schip raken. Juist wanneer iemand dakloos is of dreigt te worden, is het belangrijk dat er snel passende ondersteuning beschikbaar is. Als medewerker Centraal Onthaal-loket maak jij daarin het verschil. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen in een kwetsbare situatie. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en onderzoekt welke ondersteuning nodig en mogelijk is. Daarbij combineer je betrokkenheid met een professionele en zorgvuldige beoordeling. Wil jij betekenisvol werk doen en bijdragen aan een stad waarin niemand uit beeld raakt? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker Centraal Onthaal-loket ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen zonder vaste woon- of verblijfplaats en mensen die dakloos dreigen te raken. Je ontvangt cliënten tijdens de inloopspreekuren, brengt hun hulpvraag in kaart en beoordeelt hoe urgent hun situatie is. Soms is direct handelen noodzakelijk. In andere gevallen plan je een uitgebreider gesprek om samen te onderzoeken welke ondersteuning passend is. Tijdens deze brede uitvraag kijk je verder dan alleen de woonsituatie. Je onderzoekt ook andere leefgebieden, zoals inkomen, gezondheid, schulden, dagbesteding, het sociale netwerk en veiligheid. Op basis van jouw bevindingen beoordeel je aanvragen voor maatschappelijke opvang en gemeentelijke briefadressen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontvangen en begeleiden van cliënten tijdens de inloopspreekuren. - Het uitvoeren van screenings, triage en brede vraagverheldering. - Het beoordelen van urgente hulpvragen en signaleren van veiligheidsrisico's. - Het onderzoeken en beoordelen van aanvragen voor maatschappelijke opvang op grond ...
