The posting

Ter versterking van ons groeiend team zijn we voor de vestiging in Temse op zoek naar een klantgerichte Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst.

In deze rol sta je centraal tussen onze klanten, het sales team en de interne operationele afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen, vragen en commerciële opvolging vlekkeloos verlopen.

Klantbeheer & communicatie

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z: ingave, bevestiging, coördinatie met planning en afdelingen, opvolging tot levering.
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over leveringen, prijsaanvragen, beschikbaarheden en productinformatie.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van klachten, afwijkingen en retouraanvragen.

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes in samenwerking met het sales team.
  • Ondersteunen bij commerciële acties, prijslijsten, en opmaak van klantendossiers.
  • Identificeren van opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten en gericht doorgeven aan sales.
  • Rapporteren van klantinformatie, trends en vragen uit de markt.

Administratie & interne communicatie

  • Verzorgen van correcte administratie en beheer van masterdata in ERP- en CRM-systemen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, logistiek en planning om klantvragen vlot te beantwoorden.
  • Klaarzetten van documentatie zoals leveringsbonnen, orderoverzichten en productfiches.
  • Waken over correcte dataverwerking en een vlotte interne informatieflow.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie of klantendienst (ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus).
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel (occasioneel vroeg starten of een zaterdagvoormiddag kan gevraagd worden).
  • Je kan goed overweg met ERP/CRM-systemen en digitale tools.
  • Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van (varkens)vlees is een plus.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je dossiers beheren.
