Klanten willen niet alleen graag bij Dozon kopen, maar juist vooral bij jou. Waarom? Omdat jij begrijpt wat zij nodig hebben. Weet hoe je hen écht verder helpt. En omdat jij elke bestelling snel en accuraat verwerkt. Ben jij die zelfstandige, altijd geïnteresseerde en adviserende verkooptopper? Dan vinden we het mooi om jou te ontmoeten!

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag bij Dozon eruit? Je hebt in deze functie twee petten op. Lekker afwisselend dus! Aan de ene kant ben je medewerker commerciële binnendienst. In deze rol verwerk jij alle bestellingen van onze klanten. Deze komen binnen via e-mail, telefoon of de webshop. Je zorgt van advies tot aftersales voor de juiste opvolging. Bij uitstek ben jij iemand waarop klanten én onze vertegenwoordigers altijd kunnen bouwen.

Staat er een klant aan de balie, dan wissel je moeiteloos van pet en ben je ineens verkoopmedewerker balie. In deze rol heb je live contact met de klant. Je luistert goed en zorgt dat je elke wens of uitdaging begrijpt. Je komt met de juiste oplossingen en vertelt over producten. Adviseert hoe jij het zou aanpakken. Je leert klanten steeds beter kennen en weet wat er bij hen speelt. Daar spring je op in en zorgt dat ze tevreden zijn én blijven.

Op de juiste momenten neem je pauze, eet en drinkt gezellig wat. Voor je het doorhebt is je werkdag alweer voorbij en ga je naar huis om jezelf op te laden voor weer een nieuwe dag.

In Lichtenvoorde en Borculo bestaat je team uit de vestigingsleider, de commercieel medewerker, andere baliemedewerkers en de vertegenwoordigers. Als het nodig is neem je elkaars werk over. Verder: werk je offertes uit verwerk je orders, prijscorrecties, retouren en klantgegevens in ons CRM systeem houd je, samen met je collega's, de vestiging super netjes denk je mee over een optimale inrichting van ons productaanbod check je steeds of het assortiment nog volledig is en of alles eraan klopt boek je inkomende goederen in en geef je ze de juiste plek in de vestigingen
