Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Medewerker Commercial Backoffice bij Fresh 'n Rebel ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze Account Managers, klanten en de afdelingen Inkoop, Logistiek en Finance. Jij zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen, orders correct worden verwerkt en klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kunnen onze verkoopteams zich volledig richten op hun belangrijkste doel: het verder laten groeien van de omzet. Wat ga je doen? Zodra een klant informatie nodig heeft of een Account Manager een mooie deal heeft gesloten, kom jij in actie. Je bent betrokken bij vrijwel het hele pre-sales-, aftersales- en orderproces. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het zorgvuldig verwerken van orders en retouraanvragen van klanten uit heel Europa en daarbuiten; - Het controleren van prijzen, voorwaarden en commerciële afspraken; - Het onderhouden en aanvullen van klantgegevens in ons CRM-systeem; - Het opstellen en verzamelen van contracten, jaarafspraken en productinformatie; - Het verwerken van marktinformatie en doorverkoopcijfers in onze rapportagetools; - Het tijdig doorsturen van orders naar het warehouse; - Het beantwoorden van vragen over voorraden, prijzen, backorders, facturen en kredietlimieten; - Het verbeteren en slimmer maken van bestaande processen en procedures.
