Ben je ervaren in de crediteurenadministratie, werk je nauwkeurig en krijg je energie van een administratie die goed op orde is? En zie je snel waar processen slimmer, sneller of duidelijker kunnen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie bij NederWoon Vastgoedbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat onze crediteurenadministratie goed verloopt. Je verwerkt en controleert facturen, bewaakt betalingen en hebt contact met collega's en leveranciers. De eerste maanden ligt de focus op het leren kennen van onze organisatie, administratie en werkwijze. Zodra je het proces goed kent, krijg je de ruimte om kritisch mee te kijken. Zie je kansen om werkzaamheden slimmer of efficiënter in te richten? Dan verwachten we dat je met voorstellen komt en krijg je de ruimte om verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Waarom NederWoon? NederWoon Vastgoedbeheer is een groeiende vastgoedorganisatie met ongeveer 50 collega's. We werken voor particuliere en professionele vastgoedbeleggers en verzorgen verhuur, beheer, onderhoud en verkoop. Door onze groei blijven ook onze administratieve processen zich ontwikkelen. Daarom zoeken we niet alleen iemand die het huidige werk goed uitvoert. We zoeken een ervaren collega die na een goede inwerkperiode ook kritisch naar onze werkwijze kijkt en helpt om de crediteurenadministratie verder te professionaliseren. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om ideeën aan te dragen én uit te voeren.
