Voor onze locatie in Breda zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker customer support die onze klanten elke dag met plezier en vakkennis verder helpt. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker customer support ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt (en de vriendelijke stem) voor onze klanten. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom, gehoord en goed geholpen voelen. Samen met je collega's van de commerciële binnendienst beantwoord je vragen over ons brede assortiment auto-onderdelen, leveringen, voorraadbeschikbaarheid, speciale bestellingen, prijzen en offertes. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling en automotive kennis weet je iedere vraag te vertalen naar een passende oplossing. Je denkt mee, kijkt vooruit en zet dat extra stapje waardoor klanten met een goed gevoel ophangen. Bij LKQ geloven we dat goed klantcontact begint bij oprechte aandacht - en daar speel jij een sleutelrol in. Je maakt deel uit van het sales team in Breda, een hechte, betrokken groep collega's met een passie voor het vak. Je schakelt dagelijks met de buitendienst en leveranciers, ondersteunt actief bij het relatiebeheer van vaste klanten en signaleert commerciële kansen. Omdat de automotive branche continu in beweging is, krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen in onze salesprocessen en ons assortiment. Heb je een goed idee?
