The posting

Onze klant is een groot internationaal bedrijf in de haven van Zeebrugge. Zij helpen klanten met het laden, lossen en bewaren van goederen, zoals vers fruit. Voor hun afdeling in Zeebrugge zoeken we een enthousiaste Administratief Medewerker Douane.

In deze job zorg je ervoor dat alle papieren voor de goederen perfect in orde zijn. Je helpt vrachtwagenchauffeurs en werkt samen met je collega’s op kantoor.

Jouw taken zijn:

  • Papieren regelen (Douane & FAVV):Je maakt douanedocumenten en formulieren voor voedselveiligheid (FAVV) op via de computer. Je controleert de papieren van goederen die binnenkomen en weggaan (ook voor bio-producten). Je volgt de voorraad op en maakt rekeningen (facturen) voor de klanten.
  • Onthaal aan het loket:Je ontvangt vrachtwagenchauffeurs aan het loket. Je controleert hun papieren en legt uit wat ze moeten doen. Je beantwoordt hun vragen.
  • Ondersteuning en meedenken:Je helpt collega's met het inboeken van bestellingen. Je denkt mee over hoe het werk sneller, simpeler of digitaler kan.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma
  • Je kan relevante werkervaring aantonen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en precies: een klein foutje in de papieren kan immers voor vertraging zorgen.
  • Je blijft rustig bij stress en kunt goed omgaan met veranderende plannen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig én in een team werken.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en verschillende programma's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft heel goed Nederlands en Engels. Ken je ook Frans of Duits? Dat is een mooi pluspunt!
  • Je bent enthousiast en neemt graag initiatief.
