Je werkt achter de schermen aan zaken die voor leerlingen en collega's van groot belang zijn. Je draagt zorg voor de organisatie van examens en de dagelijkse administratie. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en gevoel voor organisatie breng je rust en overzicht, juist op de momenten dat het druk is. Met jouw oog voor detail, organisatietalent en zorgvuldige werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat ieder school- en centraal examen goed wordt voorbereid en soepel verloopt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat achter ieder succesvol examen een strak georganiseerd proces staat. Leerlingen zien misschien alleen het examenmoment, maar jij weet hoeveel voorbereiding daarvoor nodig is. Je ondersteunt het examenbureau bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van schoolexamens en centrale examens en bereidt de vergaderingen van de examencommissie voor. Daarnaast ondersteun je tevens de leerlingenadministratie, je informeert leerlingen, examinatoren en beoordelaars over de examenplanning en procedures. Verder pak je de administratieve werkzaamheden op die nodig zijn om examens succesvol te laten verlopen. Dit verwachten we van jou Je werkt nauwkeurig, gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en vindt het prettig om met verschillende collega's samen te werken. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen werkzaamheden en stelt vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is. Je krijgt energie van het verbeteren van werkprocessen en denkt graag mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het examenbureau. Verder vragen wij: - je hebt MBO-HBO werk- en denkniveau; - je hebt enkele jaren ervaring met onderwijsadministratie en bij voorkeur met examinering;...
