Wat ga je doen? - Actief bezoeken van partners in de branche (3,5 à 4 dagen per week, 450 bezoeken per jaar) - Deelnemen aan vakbeurzen in de Benelux en Duitsland, participeren in klantevenementen en opzetten van klantevenementen - 1 keer per maand aanwezig op ons hoofdkantoor in Hengelo en minimaal 1 keer per jaar enkele dagen naar onze productielocatie in Polen (Sulechowa) - Actieve begeleiding en advisering van bestaande dealers en partners, allemaal bestaande wederverkopers in promotionele artikelen, geschenken, merchandise en souvenirs - Presentatie van jezelf en het bedrijf, ons portfolio en meerwaarde die Toppoint biedt richting de dealers en partners - Opbouw van duurzame klantrelaties - met gevoel voor behoeften en trends - Uitbreiding van het klantenbestand door acquisitie van nieuwe klanten - Nauwe samenwerking met onze verkoop binnendienst voor een optimale service en prettige klantrelatie (onze customer service draagt zorg voor alle dagelijkse operationele zaken richting dealers en partners) Wat breng je mee - persoonlijkheid ontmoet professionaliteit: - Succesvol afgeronde MBO+/HBO-opleiding - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de buitendienstverkoop, bij voorkeur in de promotionele en/of geschenkenbranche (liefst leverancierszijde) - Communicatieve vaardigheden, adviescompetentie en een zelfverzekerde uitstraling - Strategisch denkvermogen, conceptuele vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid - Zelfstandige, gestructureerde werkwijze met een hoge mate van eigen motivatie - Ervaring in een B2B-omgeving en affiniteit met de reclame- en promotionele geschenkenindustrie - Zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal - Zekere omgang met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) en sociale media - Gewend zijn te werken met een CRM-werkomgeving en het rapporteren aan het m...
