Op deze locatie zijn onder andere onze afdeling Finance, CS, Sales en Marketing gevestigd. Tevens hebben wij een locatie in Honselersdijk. Hier worden werkzaamheden uitgevoerd op het gebied van veredeling, instandhouding van plantmateriaal, teelt en ondersteuning van de internationale productie. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker Finance & Customer Service voor een parttime dienstverband van 24 uur per week. Als medewerker Finance & CS draag je samen met het team zorg voor een gedegen administratie en goede order flow. 1. Verantwoordelijkheden De Finance & CS medewerker is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden rondom de financiële administratie, de orders en exports. Hierbij wordt zorgvuldig gewerkt binnen onze financiële- en ordersystemen en wordt continu aandacht besteed aan kwaliteit. De Finance & CS medewerker houdt overzicht over de invoer van de basisadministratie voor zowel de financiën als de orders. Hierbij werkt hij nauw samen met collega's om de planning efficiënt uit te voeren. 2. Taken De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Finance - • Maken en verwerken van verkoopfacturen - • Inboeken en controleren van inkoopfacturen - • Verwerken van bankboekingen - • Beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren - • Aanleveren informatie salariskantoor Customer Service - • Verwerken en begeleiding van sales orders - • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van exportzendingen - • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van klachten - • Signaleren van terugkerende vragen of knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen - • Actueel houden van het Customer Service Handboek - • Ondersteunen bij projecten en initiatieven gericht op continue verbetering van onze processen 3.
