Dienstverband: Tijdelijk met optie tot vast Opleiding: MBO Ervaring: Redelijk ervaren Werkweek: Fulltime Kenmerk 500A10220 We zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker Financiële Administratie met ervaring binnen de crediteurenadministratie van een woningcorporatie of vergelijkbare organisatie in de regio Amsterdam. Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de financiële afdeling. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens en ondersteunt bij diverse administratieve processen, waaronder de crediteurenadministratie. Je verwerkt en controleert inkomende facturen, bewaakt betaaltermijnen en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen over financiële vraagstukken. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van financiële processen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en financiële inzicht draag je bij aan een betrouwbare administratie en een professionele ondersteuning van de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt, controleert en registreert inkomende facturen en zorgt dat deze correct worden opgenomen in de financiële administratie. - Je beheert de crediteurenadministratie en bewaakt openstaande posten, betaaltermijnen en factuurstromen. - Je bereidt betalingen en bankmutaties voor en ziet toe op een correcte en tijdige verwerking hiervan. - Je controleert financiële gegevens, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt voor een juiste administratieve verwerking. - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen over facturen, betalingen en administratieve vragen. - Je ondersteunt bij financiële controles, rapportages en het opstellen van overzichten. - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen binnen de financiële administratie en doet voorstellen voor efficiëntere werkwijzen.
