Jouw team

Onze medewerkers van de Flexpool ondersteunen allerlei teams binnen Aquafin met hun administratie. Ze zien jullie dus graag komen. Het is niet zomaar uitvoeren, nee, het is net de bedoeling om processen te verbeteren, opportuniteiten te spotten, documentbeheer op punt te stellen én teams te overtuigen van efficiëntere werkwijzen. Met jouw daadkracht til je administratie naar een hoger niveau en maak je een verschil voor de teams waarin je terecht komt. Best ambitieus, maar je krijgt een inwerkperiode van 6 à 12 maanden waarbij je de verschillende systemen en processen binnen Aquafin leert kennen. En je kan ook altijd terugvallen op de andere vliegende medewerkers en manager Kjell van je eigen team. Met hen kom je maandelijks één keer samen. Samen zorgen jullie mee voor beter draaiende teams, een efficiëntere administratie én zo dus ook voor propere waterlopen in Vlaanderen!

Jouw rol

Je wordt telkens uitgestuurd naar een team voor een administratieve opdracht van een maand tot max. een jaar. In het team waarin je terecht komt, wil je bakens verzetten. Je analyseert informatie met een kritische blik en je beoordeelt of cijfers, informatie en dossiers volledig zijn. Je ziet wat beter kan en durft je collega’s hierin te challengen. Door op verschillende afdelingen te werken, bouw je niet alleen een uitgebreide ervaring op in verschillende administratieve processen maar bouw je ook bruggen tussen verschillende diensten. Werken met mensen dus, en dat geeft jou energie!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Flexibel en zelfstandig: je komt telkens in een ander team terecht dus je weet je snel te integreren en je plan te trekken.
  • Communicatief en klantgericht: je bent een bruggenbouwer en een teamspeler.
  • Staat stevig in je schoenen: je kan omgaan met verschillende types personen, kan ook anderen overtuigen.
  • Leergierig: je hebt goesting om verschillende processen en werkdomeinen van Aquafin te leren kennen.
  • Oog voor vernieuwing en efficiëntieverbeteringen: je denkt analytisch en procesmatig waardoor je verbetermogelijkheden snel ziet. Nieuwe manieren van werken geven je energie.
  • Goede kennis van Office 365: je bent ook snel mee met andere digitale tools (zoals SAP, SuccessFactors, Sharepoint of PowerBI).
