Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven! In de functie van medewerker frontoffice zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op rolletjes verlopen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in SAP en ondersteunt bij het oplossen van vragen of afwijkingen rondom orders. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Ontvangen en te woord staan van chauffeurs aan de balie; - Verwerken van formulieren en gegevens in het SAP-systeem; - Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse administratieve taken. Je werkt in een dagdienst van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je gaat aan de slag op het kantoor van een dakpannenfabriek in Deest, waar ongeveer 90 collega's werkzaam zijn. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een informele, dorpse cultuur waarin collega's elkaar kennen en voor elkaar klaarstaan. Samenwerken, korte lijnen en een prettige werksfeer staan hier centraal. De werklocatie in Deest is goed bereikbaar vanuit onder andere Nijmegen, Wijchen en Oss. Dit bieden wij jou - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €3.400; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Een goede begeleiding tijdens je inwerkperiode.
