Functieomschrijving Wie zijn wij Alerimus is een organisatie binnen de VVT, wij hebben twee locaties, de Buitensluis in Numansdorp en de Open Waard in Oud Beijerland. Op beide locaties leveren wij verpleeghuiszorg en in beide kernen hebben wij een team Thuiszorg en Huishoudelijke ondersteuning van de WMO en verzorgen wij Dagverzorging / Huiskamer in de wijk. Binnen de visie van Alerimus wordt veel ruimte gegeven aan de individuele leefstijl van cliënten. Behoud van regie over het eigen leven en eigenwaarde is belangrijk voor de kwaliteit van leven tot het levenseinde. Op verzoek van cliënten en hun mantelzorgers kijken medewerkers van Alerimus welke bijdrage geleverd kan worden om, ondanks de afnemende lichamelijke en geestelijke vermogens van cliënten, behoud van kwaliteit van leven te realiseren. Wij stemmen onze zorg en dienstverlening af op de mens die wij voor ons zien. Dit kan van dag tot dag verschillen en geldt voor al onze cliënten zowel woonachtig in onze zorglocaties als voor de vele cliënten in de thuissituatie. De vacature Alerimus Alerimus draait alles om regie. Om de eigen regie van onze cliënten én van onze medewerkers. In een tijd dat zorgen voor is gekoppeld aan regels, procedures en richtlijnen, maakt Alerimus het verschil door de cliënt, de mantelzorger en hun specifieke vraag centraal te stellen. Wat kunnen wij betekenen om, in een situatie waarin vermogens afnemen, kwaliteit van leven in stand te houden? Om het gevoel van eigenwaarde en autonomie te behouden? Vanuit onze locaties en thuiszorgteams in Numansdorp en Oud-Beijerland, werken ruim 400 medewerkers en vrijwilligers nauw samen om zo goed mogelijk op deze vragen in te spelen. Binnen de ouderenzorg is geen dag hetzelfde! Bij Alerimus werk je in een dynamische omgeving.
