Voor ons team gebouwbeheer zoeken wij een praktische en veelzijdige medewerker die zorgt dat onze gebouwen veilig, functioneel en duurzaam blijven. Je werkt daarbij in een afwisselende omgeving van theater, evenementen en monumentaal erfgoed. De organisatie: Theater De Vest en Grote Kerk Alkmaar vormen samen een bruisende culturele organisatie in het hart van Alkmaar. Met een veelzijdig programma van podiumkunsten, evenementen en activiteiten ontvangen wij jaarlijks duizenden bezoekers. We zijn continu in ontwikkeling en bouwen met aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid, inclusie en samenwerking aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie die midden in de samenleving staat. Wat is je rol als medewerker gebouwbeheer: Als Medewerker Gebouwbeheer ben je vooral operationeel bezig en zorg je ervoor dat alles in en rondom onze gebouwen goed blijft functioneren. Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, signaleert storingen en draagt bij aan een veilige, representatieve en goed onderhouden omgeving voor bezoekers, medewerkers en gebruikers. Je werkt nauw samen met drie collega's binnen het team Gebouwbeheer en legt verantwoording af aan de Coördinator Gebouwbeheer. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat Theater De Vest en de Grote Kerk Alkmaar optimaal kunnen functioneren.
