Als Medewerker van Goede Morgen, het duurzaamheidsplatform van de Westelijke Mijnstreek, bouw je mee aan een plek die bruist van ideeën, ontmoetingen en initiatieven. In samenwerking met de collega's ben je het kloppend hart achter Goede Morgen.

Goede Morgen is vanaf juli 2025 de plek waar we samen werken aan een gezonde, eerlijke en bewuste regio. Samen met inwoners, ondernemers en scholen uit Sittard-Geleen, Stein en Beek.

Als medewerker van Goede Morgen, het duurzaamheidsplatform van de Westelijke Mijnstreek, bouw je mee aan een plek die bruist van ideeën, ontmoetingen en initiatieven. In samenwerking met de collega's ben je het kloppend hart achter Goede Morgen. Daarbij heb je niet alleen oog voor wat praktisch nodig is, maar lever je ook inhoudelijk een bijdrage: je bent (of wordt) Energiecoach en helpt bezoekers op weg naar een duurzamer leven. Kortom: een veelzijdige rol met veel ruimte voor initiatief én impact.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de spil op de werkvloer en zorgt dat Goede Morgen draait. Jij ziet niet alleen wat er moet gebeuren, maar steekt ook meteen de handen uit de mouwen.

Concreet betekent dit:

Gastvrijheid - Je bent het visitekaartje van Goede Morgen. Bezoekers voelen zich gezien en welkom door jouw open houding en warme ontvangst. Je ondersteunt partners en bezoekers bij het gebruik van ruimtes en materialen. Of het nu gaat om een workshop, vergadering of expositie – jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.

Facilitaire zaken - Je zorgt ervoor dat de locatie netjes blijft, voor iedereen toegankelijk is, dat alles klaarstaat voor gebruik, en houdt overzicht op onderhoud. In het gebouw is ook een bezoekerscentrum van Chemelot gevestigd en in de toekomst wordt hier ook de bibliotheek de Domijnen gevestigd, verschillende facilitaire zaken regel je samen met hen.

Praktische communicatie & zichtbaarheid - Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen – van reserveringen tot wegwijs maken in het gebouw. Daarnaast help je actief mee om Goede Morgen op de kaart te zetten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Locatiemanager en Community-manager.

Rol als Energiecoach - Je helpt inwoners op weg met praktische tips en adviezen rond energie besparen en duurzaam wonen/ werken. Heb je nog geen ervaring als energiecoach? Geen probleem – je bent bereid om een opleiding te volgen.

Zaterdagen – Afgelopen jaar is gebleken dat de zaterdagen de drukst bezochte dagen zijn. Je bent dan dus ook inzetbaar als Locatiemanager.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van duurzaamheid, facility management of hospitality
  • Je houdt van aanpakken
  • Je bent sociaal, behulpzaam en communiceert makkelijk
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je moet schakelen met anderen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar duurzaamheid centraal staat
  • Je bent opgeleid tot energiecoach of bereid dit te worden
  • BHV- en EHBO-diploma zijn een pre. Heb je deze nog niet, dan krijg je hier een opleiding voor
  • De bereidheid om ook op zaterdag (van 10u-15u) te werken.
